We do not deliver to all areas of Sydney. If your location does not come up please email us and we will try our best to get it delivered to you.

If you require a different time window please email us and we will try our best to accommodate.

Delivery
- If no one is home the courier will leave it in a safe place. We are not responsible for stolen goods after delivery has been made. If the courier finds that the area is not safe a message will be left in the mailbox and the flowers will be returned back to us. Please provide as much info as may be needed for efficient delivery. Additional delivery fee will be charged to deliver again.

- Deliveries to larger businesses and hospitals may be left with the receptionist or at a mailroom to be passed on to the recipient as it may be their policy. We are unable to accept responsibility if the gift was not passed on.

- Please be careful when entering the delivery address as we are not responsible for incorrect delivery
